Beau has over 18 years experience in speed development and strength and conditioning training which can be tailored to achieve goals for both professional and amateur athletes.

 

Beau has worked with over 100 professional athletes in just about all sports areas and has worked with collegiate, high school and elementary school athletes to improve strength, skill and performance.

With over 12 years in the health and wellness field, Jay Broxton has a passion for getting people in shape.  As a former athlete, Jay knows the anatomy and physiology of the body and works each muscle group to achieve growth while maintaining a pace that's right for you.  In addition, Jay understands the importance of nutrition in achieving your fitness goals.  "Our health is our greatest gift" says Jay.  Together we can change your life!
